This is a gorgeous, fun, and flattering gown. The bodice has a lot of structure which keeps the hip and waist area "cinched in". The top portion is form fitting and at about mid thigh the big tulle skirt dramatically fans out adding an element of drama. The delicate beading and the carefully placed "gardenia" flowers give an ethereal effect with sparkle. The sweetheart neckline and very visible scalloped edging of the lace add a lovely and innocent touch. The train is subtle but still makes a statement (and is out of the way when bustled).

Condition: Excellent. The lace in the lower left portion of the bodice has a very small and discrete snag. It is very hard to see because it is camouflaged quite well within the monochromatic detail of the fabric. It could be easily repaired. Spotless & professional cleaned after wearing.

Alterations: The dress is a size 10 basically but was a custom order so that the bust fits a D cup and was taken in to make it fit just right. Dress has a lot of extra length and the hem was never taken up.
